Status Update

On March 23rd the Ontario Government ordered all non-essential businesses to close for 14 days. That order was extended into May and could be extended again.

The good news is that we have "flattened the curve" and things seem to be under control. The government has announced that they have a 3 stage plan to allow businesses to reopen. That is not to be confused with their 3 phase plan; the 3 stages are part of phase 2. Confused yet?

But all you need to know right now is that:
  1. There are NO dates
  2. There are NO specifics about what businesses are included in what stage
We have received several inquiries from people wanting to know when we will reopen. Unfortunately, as you can see above, the government has not made any specific commitments so we can't either.

Our team is working (safely) to keep the facility ready so that we can open with only a moment's notice. We have revised our procedures and created new ones to deal with the current situation. So when the time comes, we believe we are ready to safely welcome members and visitors. But there is no doubt that many things will be very different this year.

If you have questions, our email and social media are monitored daily. Our phones are answered between 10am and 6pm every day. We are still receiving postal mail, couriers, and other deliveries.

We hope that you are healthy and managing as well as possible under the circumstances. We recognize that some people are having financial difficulties. If that is your situation, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to find some way to make it work for you.
